Dr. Earl M. Brewster Sr.
Consultant Obstetrician & Gynaecologist
Dr. Earl M. Brewster Sr. is a distinguished Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist with over 30 years of experience. After graduating from the University of the West Indies, he pursued advanced studies at King’s College Hospital in London, attaining the MRCOG qualification. He played a key role in the largest menopause clinic in the UK at Dulwich Hospital and contributed extensively to research in obstetric haematology, particularly among pregnant sickle-cell patients.
In Trinidad and Tobago, he served as Consultant at both the Port of Spain General Hospital and Mount Hope Hospital. He is highly respected for his work in gynaecological reconstructive surgery and holds the distinction of delivering the country’s first reported case of a viable foetus from the abdominal cavity. Dr. Brewster Sr. is known for his high standards and deep commitment to listening to patients’ needs.
Dr. Earl Mark Brewster Jr., MD, FACOG, FAACS
Specialist in Obstetrics, Gynaecology & Cosmetic Surgery
Dr. Brewster Jr. began his medical journey at UWI, Mona Campus, before completing his residency in Obstetrics and Gynaecology at Morehouse School of Medicine in Atlanta. During residency, he earned several top accolades, including the "Top Hands" award and high national exam rankings. He later completed a fellowship in Gynaecological Oncology at Augusta University, with additional training in robotic surgery.
Driven by a passion for reconstructive techniques, he pursued a Cosmetic Surgery fellowship at the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery under the mentorship of Dr. Michael Rodriguez in Miami. There, he performed over 1,000 aesthetic procedures. Since then, he has completed more than 30,000 surgeries across the U.S., earning recognition as a RealSelf Top Contributor and serving as an examiner on multiple American medical boards.

Dr. Shireen Brewster
Consultant in Internal Medicine & Cardiology
Dr. Shireen Brewster is a UK-trained Internal Medicine and Cardiology Consultant with over 20 years of experience. A graduate of University College London (2000), she completed her MRCP in 2005 and later specialised in cardiology. Her international career includes service in the UK, Canada, and Trinidad.
She conducted groundbreaking research in diabetes and pregnancy at Mount Sinai Hospital, Toronto, resulting in multiple international publications and conference presentations. Her expertise includes general internal medicine, echocardiography, and chronic disease management. She is deeply committed to delivering quality care at an affordable price.
Dr. Kimani White
Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon (Spinal Specialist)
Dr. Kimani White is a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon and Head of the Orthopaedic Unit at the Eric Williams Medical Sciences Complex. He obtained his medical degree from UWI, Mona, and completed a Doctorate in Orthopaedics.
He further advanced his skills through a prestigious one-year research fellowship in Australia, specialising in spinal surgery and spinal cord injuries. Dr. White is widely respected for his technical excellence and dedication, earning the admiration of both peers and patients for the quality of his surgical care.
Dr. Lamorell-Brewster
Aesthetic & Restorative Dentist
Dr. Lamorell-Brewster is a pioneering dentist in the Caribbean, being the first to earn both a Postgraduate Diploma and a Master’s Degree in Advanced Aesthetic and Restorative Dentistry from the United Kingdom.
Her services range from general dentistry (cleanings, fillings, extractions) to aesthetic solutions such as Invisalign, Veneers, Botox, and Dermal Fillers. Passionate about making lasting first impressions through beautiful smiles, she is committed to continuous education and clinical excellence.
Ms. Kellie Brewster-Colthrust, R.D.
Registered Dietitian & Nutritional Counsellor
Kellie Brewster-Colthrust has been a registered dietitian for over 12 years, with 9 years of clinical experience. She specialises in dietary management for gestational diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, type 2 diabetes, and weight gain. Her practical and honest approach helps patients take control of their health through sustainable dietary changes. Consultations are available in person or via phone for convenience.
Joslin Brewster
Pharmacist
Joslin Brewster brings over 35 years of pharmaceutical experience across institutional and retail settings. She holds a BSc in Natural Sciences and a Pharmacy qualification from UWI St. Augustine. Joslin has served as a pharmacist for Petrotrin and was the former proprietor of Livingston Drugs in Chaguanas. A long-standing advocate for the profession, she is also experienced in compounding medications tailored to each patient’s needs.
Dr. Joselle M. Cook
Consultant in Internal Medicine, Hematology & Oncology
Dr. Joselle M. Cook is a highly trained American Board of Internal Medicine Certified Internist, Hematologist, and Oncologist. A graduate of the Mayo Clinic, she specialises in the early detection and treatment of plasma cell disorders, including multiple myeloma, amyloidosis, and related conditions.
Dr. Cook actively leads research into the biological causes of monoclonal gammopathies across diverse populations and is pioneering clinical trials involving oncolytic virotherapy for blood cancers. Known for her patient-centred approach, she combines cutting-edge science with compassionate care.
